What we collect

When you fill in our intake form, we collect what you type into it: typically your name, email address, business name, your current website or social profile, and what you need the site to do. The form is hosted by Tally.

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. It is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms.

When you browse usestipple.com, we collect usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, your approximate location, device and browser. This comes from the Meta Pixel and PostHog, described below.

If you become a customer, we also keep the content you send us for your website and the details of your plan. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To reply to you, design and build your website, run your plan and send you service messages.

To understand which pages and ads bring people to Stipple, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.

We do not sell your personal information.

The Meta Pixel and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, on usestipple.com. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you completed the intake form. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show them to the right people, and may combine it with other information it holds about you under its own privacy policy.

You can control this in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use a content blocker. usestipple.com works fully without these cookies.

Analytics

We use PostHog to see how people use usestipple.com, such as which pages you view, which buttons you click and which questions you open, and to catch errors, so we can improve the site. PostHog may also record anonymised session replays of how the page was used, with text you type masked.

Who processes your data

Our service providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Tally (the intake form), Web3Forms (the contact form), PostHog (analytics), Meta (advertising) and Dodo Payments (billing). Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become customers are deleted within 12 months. Customer data is kept for as long as your plan runs, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@usestipple.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to your data protection authority.

If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date below.
